NAFA Splash is on Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. This year it will be at East Portland Community Center, 740 SE 106th, Portland, OR 97216.
Check out their website here. http://www.portlandoregon.gov/parks/60928. We will be able to enjoy a big red slide, whirlpool, lazy river, kiddie shark slide, and a hot tub for adults.
We will start out in the Multi-purpose room to socialize and have snacks from 4:30 to 5:30. Then we will swim from 5:30 to 6:30. Folks will then have a chance to clean up and change their clothes and exit the building by 7:00.
The Community Center needs to know the number of participants by age range to assure that we have enough lifeguards. So we will need to have RSVP by age group: 5 years and younger, 6 – 17, or Adult. RSVP to Yvette atibid@hevanet.com by February 9th so we can give the Community Center our head count.
Cost will be $5 for swimmers from member families; $7 for swimmers from non-member families; and $3 for non-swimmers. NAFA will provide a variety of snacks, juice and water before swimming starts. Please bring cash or a check to the event to cover your fees. NAFA doesn’t have the ability to take credit card payments at this time.
